Monster CYOA: It Came from the Chem Lab (closed)

You are a junior in high school in a small unremarkable town.  Extracurricular activities have forced you to skip classm but since your grades have been steady, your teacher has given you permission to complete the week's lab after school.  Unfortunately there is a teacher's meeting after school meaning you will be alone to complete the lab.  Just mixing a few chemicals in a beaker.
